Following PKF Smith Cooper’s well-publicised purchase of the prestigious Prospect House, opposite Pride Park stadium, BB were briefed with creating a lighting and controls philosophy that ensured comfortable working environments and reduced energy wastage as much as possible.

This philosophy extended to the external car park, where the needs of neighbouring buildings were considered, as well as ecology and landscape. Inside, striking feature luminaires added design accents.
